Prior to start of care, Boston Home HealthCare Services provide a free, in-home assessment which addresses all of your home care needs. With you, we develop and individualized a care plan that is right for you. We always include you and your family in the care planning and throughout the duration of services. A clinical supervisor, familiar with the specifics of your care, is available to you and your family for consolation 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Should your needs change, Boston Home HealthCare Services can continue to provide services. Should you require more skilled care, we can provide a full array of home health care services which are often covered under medical insurance. We have the ability to provide private care if admitted to a hospital, rehabilitation or nursing center. Our ability to provide all levels of health care services allows you to maintain continuity of caregivers.
Our staff understands what every caregiver need to know about Elder care, child/adolescent behaviors and stressors in older adults; which allow our approach for better care and support.
Boston Home HealthCare Services assumes responsibility for payroll, withholding, social security, federal, state and unemployment taxes. Our staff is also fully bonded and insured.
